How are your products different than other companies?

We get it. There are hundreds of other car care lines to choose from. For the last 30 years we have worked in the paint correction industry so we know what it takes to get your car back to its original finish.  We’re not trying to oversell you on needing hundreds of products to get great results. Instead, we’ve combined the best formulas so you can achieve those same results in less time.

Why are your products color-coded?

Each of our base chemicals is color-coded to match with the tools you use the most. For example, our Better Butter Wax is matched with both our wax applicator and microfiber towel that is used to buff off remaining product. The Car Shampoo is matched with our essential everyday wash mitt.  We’ve decided to create a color coded system to help eliminate cross-contamination and unwanted damage. The last thing you want to do is reuse a towel or applicator that has already been used and is full of dirt, potentially leading to scratches. All of our color-matched combinations are titled as “Classic Combos.”

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed with standard shipping are typically shipped out within 2 business days. Orders placed with Next Day, 2 Day or Expedited before 12pm Pacific Time will be shipped out that same day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been shipped.

What if I don’t like the product?
Liquid X offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product, please email us at sales@liquidxcarcare.com.  All requests will be reviewed and investigated for proper use and must include explanation of issues. Towels and other accessories are not covered for regular wear and tear. Proof of purchase must be provided by the original consumer.

Are Liquid X products safe for the environment?

Yes, our chemicals are biodegradable and safe for the environment.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return a product, please contact sales@liquidxcarcare.com for an RMA number and further instruction. Liquid X will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders, excluding errors in fulfilment or freight damage. Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of receipt.

Will you support our car show or event with samples/products?

We love to support as many local car shows and events as possible, however we can only accommodate so many. Please email us at sales@liquidxcarcare.com with your event information for us to review.
